Clean Water Challenge
It's so commonplace that we take it for granted - clean water. Yet for millions of people around the world, clean water is a precious resource, even an impossible one. A child dies every 15 seconds from illness related to drinking polluted water. And it's so easy to solve this problem. We need to dig wells so everyone has access to clean water.
Living Water Christian Church challenges you to set aside $1 for every glass of clean water you drink in three weeks. This includes drinks made from clean water like coffee, tea and soft drinks. At the end of the three weeks, go to Living Water International's website and donate that money so they can dig more wells and provide more clean water. How much can you raise in three weeks? How about your family? Your friends? Your coworkers? We can provide clean drinking water to the rest of the world. It starts with us. It starts now. Will you take the challenge?
