Super Bowl Party 2006

On February 5 Oasis was packed with people and excitement for the 2006 Super Bowl, featuring two kinds of chili and voting for our favorite commercials. The Steelers were victorious on the field and Fed Ex was victorious by a wide margin on the commercial breaks.
Here are our favorite Super Bowl commercials of 2006:
- Fed Ex ad featuring a cave man (55 points).
- Anheuser-Busch ad where a secret fridge stocks Bud Light (27 points).
- Ameriquest Mortgage ad where a patient's family walks in on a medical misunderstanding (21 points).
Honorable Mention: Sprint ad where a man downloads music on his Sprint phone for any occasion (16 points), and the Anheuser-Busch ad featuring a young Clydesdale (12 points).
Interestingly, this year's winners were from the same three advertisers as last year: Fed Ex, Anheuser-Busch, and Ameriquest Mortgage. Read last year's report for comparison.
